Divide report into four different areas

I have a report that needs to have information from a query put into it. The information is only four pieces long so it does not take up all of the room on the report. I need to repeat the columns with the rest of the information listed in it. This would be about four different sections. the columns would be:

FIRST Name, LAST Name, ID, Ext
This needs to repeat with the continuing information across the report. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure but that sounds like a multi-column report. Report in design view, Page Setup tab > Page Layout > Columns.

Will have to copy the label controls in report or page header section for as many column sets you want.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
