    Exclamation Sorting & Grouping

I thought I had this issue fixed, but I don't

I have a report and I want it to first group all of the same customer codes then total the cubic feet of each customer code and lastly sort records largest to smallest based on which customer code has the most cubic foot. Sometimes there could be three records with the same customer code that need to be added sometimes there is only one, sometimes more.

This is what I am currently getting when I run the report:

You example is not clear to me.
You want to Group on Customer, Sum(Cubic feet) by Customer
and Sort by Sum(Cubic feet) descending

I don't do much reporting, but if you want to make a small copy of your database with enough records to show the issue, I'll look at it. You can change names to Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck etc to remove anything confidential.

    Yes that is correct.
I want it to sort by the "SCAC" field and sum by "CUBE" by SCAC
and then Sort by Cubic Feet, largest to smallest.

    Thank you!!!

It is the Bremerhaven Manifest. You have to make sure the following three records are "selected" in the Outbound Form
    WILLIAMS, BRIAN
    MORENO, ANTHONY
    BRETT, CHRISTIAN

They should all be right in a row

I selected the 3 individuals as you said in Outbound form, then opened the Bremerhaven Manifest

    Result is attached.

Thank you Orange for you help! It looks as though it is now working correctly!
