    time recording

I have created a database which is basically just a list of applications that come in. All of the details are on a table called "Complete" that is populated by filling in all of the details via a form called "Application Information".

What i would like to do is to create a link from this form so that once it has been completed you can click on the link to bring up the form for time recording. I would like some of the details to automatically populate to correspond with the details entered on the "application information" form.

any ideas on how to do this?

    TIA

Once you're done filling out the Application information, save it into a table. Open de time recording form and retrieve the information you need from the tables.

how will that auto populate the corresponding info?

it sounds like your suggestion is just inputing to the time recording table manually?

Bound the form to the table and while opening filter the recordset for the specific record you need.
