access 2010 web database, program flows if else expression question

Hi,

I'm trying to do if else statement (attached image) but it said web not supported. Any idea what could be change in the if statement?

I made a change at If statement
IIf([TempVars]![txtSerialSelect]="BAT*","BAT*","CON*")

and it opened the BAT form,

but when I click the record with CON in serial, it opened with empty record.

if else is not correct.
