    Reports from Crosstabs

I have a few cross tab queries for a database. How to generate reports from them in the report format? The report wizard does not populate the required fields while designing. Even in the manual mode the fields do not show up when the record source table/query is selected.

Really! Did not know that. I've never built a report based on CROSSTAB. Try manually setting each textbox ControlSource property.

Building a report to run perpetually with CROSSTAB can be tricky because the fields are often dynamic, not the same every time, especially if column heading is date field.

You can also specify the amount/name of fields in the crosstab so you know what you have use of in the report. Grouping and sorting in the report for me is best used on the row headers (up to three for a crosstab).
