Best Scheme for my third database relationship

Hi this is my third projects and.. the hardest till i hard confuse on how to take my first step on it

this is my simple flow chart:
I receive raw materials almost everyday from 3 different suppliers with different sum each
= I should create a table about it
Those materials then be kept in a storage room for a uncertainty periods
Then at least after the sum of my raw material is enaugh, I proceed those materials to processing rooms1 for a number of days then to room 2 and so on.

my first GOal is to get the up to date SUM on every rooms i have, just like this:
On Storage today I have raw matterial from supplier A = xxx ; supplier B = xxx ; etc
On Proc ROom1 I have raw matterial from supplier A = xxx which is get from date =xxx to date = xxx ; supplier B = xxx date =xxx to date = xxx; etc
oh .. each unproccesed raw material on room1 = still on storage room
hahaha.. i don't know even how to ask best, but that was on my mind
