How to open the accdb without error?

Hi I have a Access DB 2010 which was published to a sharepoint 2010 site. Then I have deleted the site. Now when I try to open the local copy of the accdb file, I get the mentioned error as attached in the Pic named "DB Error.png"

After I click OK. The DB opens and then I get a warning as mentioned in attached "DB Warning.png"

Now the question is- How do I disable the association of the this DB with the Sharepoint Site. So that I can modify the same and then when Am satisfied with the DB, I will upload the Final copy of the DB to the sharepoint Site.
