Help for a beginner

The girl at work that made this database quit and I have been thrown into this with no experience. She created a supplier scorecard and it works great unless there are any last minute additions. My problem is this. I added a discrepancy into the data base but it will not update the pivot table. I have tried to refresh and even re-did the data source, but it just will not change. Any suggestions would be welcome. I am at my wits end.
