There are a few things about your database that are suspect.
You have an inconsistent use of EmployeeID across various tables.

In posts to date we tried ((([Time Cards].EmployeeId) In (602,603)) but in Time Cards the EmployeeId is a Employee's full Name --so these can never match.

The field in Employees that is valued 602, 603 etc is EmployeeNumber --not EmployeeID. You don't seem to use EmployeeNumber in your relationships.

DO NOT USE LOOKUPS IN TABLE FIELDS

You have a relationship 1:M between Employees EmployeeId(a number) and Time Cards EmployeeId( Name) ???????????

Have you ever used this data base or is it just being developed?

I found the database about a month ago and found that the TimeCard portion worked fine for us with out me having to change them. I have been using the Time Card portion and just creating queries & reports to our needs. The orginal template did come with other tables/forms/queries & reports but they were no use for us so i removed them. Thanks.
