Exporting MS access component from one machine to other

I am using access for the first time and want help how to export



I developed few forms and macros in my personal laptop on top a copy of MS access database of my friend.
Now I don't know how to transfer those back to my friends original version of the access database.

Presuming you have both accessible, I'd use the External Data tab in the original to import the items.
