Greetings, I am having an issue with the querry I am running, it seems to be working although there are duplicates in 1 column then I am trying to run a delete querry but seems not to be working...
any ideas?

If you have "duplicates" values in just one column, but the other columns are different, then you really do not have "duplicate" records, as Access defines them.
If you have true "duplicate" records of the fields being returned, you could use an Aggregate Query to collapse them (or a "Select Distinct..." statement).
Why don't you post a small sample of your data with your expected results, and we'll try to help you come up with the best method of accomplishing your goal?
By the way, do you really need to physically remove the records from your database, or just weed them out of your Query view?
