I added a new table to a query with a report based on that query.

then I reran the query and then opened the report. But when I look at the data fields available for the report, the fields from the new table are not being displayed as part of the query. How do I get the new fields to show up as available to the report?

You would have to add textboxes to the report with control sources of the new fields.

I added some fields and set the control source to what I wanted and it worked just fine. But, just now when I added another and tried to set the source, I get an error message saying: There isn't enough memory to perform this operation. Close unneeded programs and try the operaton again. All I have open is Access, my email, and a spreadsheet.

Not to worry, I closed out and went back in and then it worked just fine. thanks anyway.
