dynamic dropdown combo box in datasheet view

I have created a dynamic dropdown combo box in a datasheet view based on a single form dynamic dropdown combo, however, there is a problem when I enter the 2nd line of information in the datasheet view. The previous entry of data that I entered is also changing. Are there anyway to work around of this?

Dependent comboboxes don't work well in Continuous or Datasheet view if the combobox RowSource is a lookup alias.

However, what do you mean by the entered data changes? Is the combobox bound to field?

Yes, the combobox is bound to field.
    For example
In the datasheet view, I enter,
Company, Program, Sub-Program, Unit for the first row. The dynamic drop down works okay here in the first row. However, when I enter a new record in the datasheet view, I choose the company dropdown in the 2nd row, and the first row results, program, and sub-program, will change based the 2nd row Company.

    Any work around ?

Something wrong with the form setup and I would have to examine. If you want to provide db, follow instructions at bottom of my post.
