Populate Outlook calendar with Access Form

I have a form in which I enter a name, phone # and date and other date actions that always fall before and after the initial date need calls for automatically fill into the form.
Example:
Mary 123-4567 Main Meeting Date: 6/1/2014
I need to contact Mary for 3 separate things before 6/1/2014. I then need to contact Mary 4 times after the initial 6/1/2014 date. How can I put each date action, with Mary's name and phone into outlook using this form that has all the dates listed?
