I need to import 2 excel spreadsheets that contain customer information and compare them for changes row by row. Both files have a unique employee ID, and I need to be able to parse both files according to this ID, and identify any changes that can include address change, name change, employment status, etc. Basically anything that is different from the previous file. I also need to identify any records that are new (were not on previous spreadsheet), and deleted records. Ideally, I would like that info to be exported to a new spreadsheet showing those changes, additions, and deletions. I have zero access experience, so if someone can offer simple step by step instructions, it would be greatly appreciated.
