Cool Open FormB filtered for the record that was clicked on in a subform of FormA

I have a form POSITIONS. It has a subform that is a datasheet listing EMPLOYEES who hold the positions.

I have created a macro that opens a second form (a full-blown EMPLOYEES form) when I click on an EMP-ID field of the subform of that first form. Hooray! Great little macro.

I would like it to open to that Employee's record though, not to all Employees unfiltered. I have been playing around with the filter and search actions I can find, but I don't know how to set the criteria to "that one that I clicked on".

    Any help would be appreciated.
