    Calculations should not be stored in tables. Calculations are performed in queries and forms. Relational databases are not spreadsheets and should not be confused with them even if the tables do resemble spreadsheets. All data can be retrieved in a query as needed and therefore you would not save it in a table. If the data changes, then you would be constantly updating the tables. This is contrary to database principles. If you need the data printed, make a report, export the query to excel or just simply print the query.

    is it possible for one to lookup the shipping ID from multiple tables.that is: if i have one store table and multiple shipping tables?

    hi
    do you remember the database you sent me before.I have merged all my tables to become one as you mentioned before but when i run a query for that it does not run for all my shipment ID and it gives me duplicates

    Apologies, but I do not recall. Perhaps, you should post it in a new thread and describe in detail what the issues are. Since this is marked solved, it is unlikely anyone will open it to attempt to solve the issue.
