    Help on Creating a Productivity Report based on dates in three columns

    Dear team,

    Please check the attachment. A need a report based on certain criteria.

    There are three date columns to be checked (Response, Ended and Assistance Given)
    There are three columns from where users name should be checked. (Moderator, AssignedTo and AssistedBy)

    The report needs to be based on the User's Name and should be showing counts.
    E.g.

    Date = 30-12-2013.
    Columns = UserName - Tickets Created - Tickets Assigned - New Issues Handled - Replies Handled - Closures - Support.
    UserName = Prashant

    Tickets Created = Check if Moderator name is Prashant, Status column = "1-New" and Response date is 30-12-2013.
    Tickets Assigned = Check if Moderator name is Prashant, Status column is not"1-New" and Response date is 30-12-2013.
    New Issues Handled = Check if AssignedTo is Prashant, Status column is "1-New" and Ended column is 30-12-2013.
    Replies Handled = Check if AssignedTo is Prashant, Status column is not "1-New" or "3-Closure" and Ended column is 30-12-2013.
    Closures = Check if AssignedTo is Prashant, Status column is "3-Closure" and Ended column is 30-12-2013.
    Support = Check if AssistedBy is Prashant, AssistanceGiven is 30-12-2013.

    Thanks for your help in Advance.

    The report format is not clear
    Is the following are Report Fields or Group Or Filter Criteria

    Tickets Created = Check if Moderator name is Prashant,
    Tickets Assigned = Check if Moderator name is Prashant
    New Issues Handled = Check if AssignedTo is Prashant
    Replies Handled = Check if AssignedTo is Prashant,
    Closures = Check if AssignedTo is Prashant,
    Support = Check if AssistedBy is Prashant,
    Report can be easily filter by creating a new Query and filter it by using User name eg Prashant

    Dear Mr Mann,

    The given names should be to the report fields. It was just an example. The report should include the count of all the existing users. It is difficult for me to find a way to check the details. The user name can exist in any of the fields in the table. i.e. Moderator, AssistedBy or AssignedTo.

    Would be kind if you could go through the table in the database and recheck the question asked. Thanks again

    What exactly is the issue. You can easily create a simple report through Report Wizard. Or through Report Desing.
    Why you are Not able to prepare report?
