How to backup my database to my website

Seems simple enough but eludes me. I need to copy a current active access database automatically to a website every 5 to 10 minutes. I have tried several ftp programs which run real slick however since the dB is in use it can't move a copy onto the website with them. There has to be a work around.

The dB is part of a time clock program that I have no control over other than trying to access it's information. (Actually 3 dBs on 3 different computers in different locations). Thought I could ftp a copy, do a "backup" or something to get a copy to the website so I can access it.

    help me

    Tim

Create a copy and then FTP the copy. Post# 15 has an example to create a File System Object to copy a file.
