First of all, I'm very new to Access, and would really appreciate all assistance you would be able to give me. I am working with an employee database, and would like to know if it would be possible to have a record transfer to another table and purged from the existing table if it met a certain criteria. For example, if the employee had information placed in the "Date Resigned" column, would it be possible for the entire record to be transferred to a "Resigned" table? If so, how? Like I mentioned, I would appreciate all the assistance and expertise anyone from this forum can give. Thanks a lot.
