Simple "Or is null" Criteria question

I have three fields I am running a query on.
In the Criteria boxes I have the following.
[forms]![3_qryFile]![FilesTopicCB]
[forms]![3_qryFile]![FilesAudienceCB] Or Is Null
[forms]![3_qryFile]![FilesDeliveryCB] Or Is Null
If I put WORKING parameters in the boxes, the query works.
If I leave any of them blank it does not.
Now here is the kicker...
It was working last night and today when I opened Access... it no longer does!!!
PLEASE HELP!
What am I missing?

Try with Like and wildcard.
Like [forms]![3_qryFile]![FilesTopicCB] & "*"
Like [forms]![3_qryFile]![FilesAudienceCB] & "*" Or Is Null
Like [forms]![3_qryFile]![FilesDeliveryCB] & "*" Or Is Null

Like "*" & [forms]![3_qryFile]![FilesDeliveryCB] & "*" Or Is Null
"Invalid use Of Null" In Recordset Containing a Memo Field set to Null
StrComp causing "Invalid use of Null" error
