Query to return blank or null items.

I have a query that is made up of two tables. They are joined use the field "Part Number". I have 5 columns Sales Order, Part Number, Work Center, Date, Delivery. I have it setup with a criteria on the date field using < Date()+10 This works but it only returns values where there is data in every field. I know there are rows that have data in every column except work center but those are omitted. I have tried IsNull Is Null ="" like "" and a few others that didn't work either. All I am trying to do is return the rows of data where work center is blank. Thanks in advanced.

In the design view of the query, right click the line between the tables and see what type of join you have.
