Upercase in filed of form

I want in field call name
when ever I enter any name convert to uppercase
all the letters.I will put that code inside after update

To add to my previous post, Access is *not* case sensitive and you can always display it in UPPERCASE if you want but leave the field in Upper and Lower case.
