Combo box controlling/filtering another combo box

I am trying to get combo box to control another combo box but so far I could not get this working properly....

    I attached test database.

In the form "Case Details" I would like to have combo box "Category" with choices for example: plumbing, electrical, etc... and below text/combo box "Details" choices like: leaking sink, faucet defective, light broken, assigned to different categories.

Adding a new record and choosing record from combo box "Category", in the combo box below named "Details" would provide limited list of choices only used in the previous records ( or predefined in separate table/list) assigned to that category...

Thanks in advance for helping me out.
