Form keeps showing up blank on open

    Hi,

I have a form that has a bunch of information that i fill out within it. Upon saving it, I check the table for the form to make sure the data is there, it is. If i close out of the form and re-open it, it's blank, but the information is still in the table. I need the information to stay showing up in the form as well. It only does this for this specific form, all the other ones are fine, what is the problem?

    Can someone please advise?

    Thanks!

    Best,
    Roohi

    1) is the form set for data entry mode?
    2) is there a filter on the query behind the form?

Here's a whole list of things that can do that: http://allenbrowne.com/casu-20.html

In the Form Properties, on the Data tab.
