reserved error (-1524) on appending a text field

I have a column that comes up with reserved error (-1524) when trying to append it to a table

It's from an old database and I'm guessing there is some corrupted record?



Any way to locate it to repair so I can append?

Nevermind, I exported the fields to excel then reimported them into the table minus the errors - works.
