Copy part of database from table

We are working on modification of an existing database X. For that we saved a copy of X as X1 offline to make some changes in forms and reports. While we were working on X1, X database has some more new entries in table. Now X1 is ready to go live but before that we would like to move new entries entered in X in mean time to X1. How can we do that?

We did make some changes to X1 table by adding some fields, we did not delete or changes any old fields.
    We are using Access 2003.

This is not a split design? Why not?

How many records and are they easily identified? Could just copy/paste the new records into revised table.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
