    splitting two databases

I have two databases that work together and I link the tables from database_2 into database_1.

If i split them should i still point to database_2 for the linked tables or point to the new database where just the tables are stored database_2_be?

Can't link to links so will have to link to database_2_be tables.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
