    Unhappy HELP! everything disappeared!

    I went into the Access button, access options and deselected show navigation pane and one other option which I cannot recall. Now when I go to open up my access database, everything is missing. Any idea on how to retrive this so I can see it?

    What happens if you try and open while holding down a <SHIFT> key?
