How do I make a chart which does not summarise data

Hi all... this is driving me mad! I have this data:



All I want is a graph that looks like this:



Access is insisting on trying to summarise the data which results in nonsense like this:



How do I stop Access from trying to summarise the data, and simply plot one value against the other?
