splited database not wroking when using multi select field

I have a database splitted to be used by several users, on testing with 4 users, I found an issue. I have a form where user can select from a combobox an option, I set field on the table to select options from another table. I set to use multiselct option.



When users are opening the main form to entar data, if one user has his Front end file open on this form, when oter user open it and try to select a data from this multi option field, it get an error and is not able to select any data.

How should I set the database or what cares do I need when using a multioption field.

I refuse to use multi-value fields. I would create a dependent child table for the multiple values and probably build a subform.
