Linking Microsoft Word Form to Access Table

I have a form that I created in Microsoft Word 2003. I need the field on the form to link to a table in Microsoft Access 2003. Everytime a new form is created I want to be able to run a Macro which will populate the Access table with the information. Any ideas?

    jrockusa:

Since the way that you are proposing isn't very easy to do without a great deal of VBA programming, it would be better to create a form in MS Access and use the WORD document to print out the result word document with the fields filled in using the Mail Merge feature and connect to the MS Access database using DSN or ODBC. Depending if the database is local to your machine or available on the network share.

    Hope that helps,
