The work that I do deals heavily with images and video. I am trying to create a field on my form that will auto generate the first 3 images that the techs take. The location will always be the same. However the name of the images will change from one job to the next. Is this possible? The second part is I want an error message to display if tech has not taken picture. So if the first field is = null I want an error message to display saying “You are not allow to proceed until image is capture”.
Is this something that can be done?

What do you mean by 'auto generate' - you want Access to control a camera?

Are you saving images within the database or just the path/name in a text field?
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
