Query To Pareto Test Results Data

Hi All, I have a new problem. I have a query that reports test result values and whether they pass or fail. What I need help with is creating a query that reads the test results and reports pareto and statistical data. Can anyone help me with this please?

I have been working on a Totals Query and was able to get the desired results using this approach. Thanks to anyone trying to come up with a solution to this problem.
