    Rounding decimals

I am trying to round to the tenth position. My format is years.days. An example of the result I am looking for is 10.1 years, 10.3 years, etc. My expression so far is "EmployeeTenure: Round((Date()-[tblEmployee]![HireDate])/365)". The object of the expression is to find the current tenure of the employee and report the unit in years to the tenth degree. I was able to successfully report the number of years, but my round function completely rounds and leaves no decimals. Thank you.

You didn't include the argument for the Round() function that specifies the number of digits. Look at it in help.
