Navigable Table of Contents for a Report

Reports aren't my strong suit, I think I may have said before hehe. Still learning to use these neat little things.

Anyway, my DB consists of various important bits of customer data. Email addresses, phone numbers, associated internal contacts for our company who handle that customer, things we provide the customer, etc. What I want to be able to do is use a subreport showing each customer's name, as a navigable table of contents when exported to PDF. Or perhaps base the TOC on the main report and have it navigate to subreports. I've noticed the association seems to automate in PDF creation but I can't seem to get it to do it from a subreport...

I hope this makes sense. I'll try to elaborate more if more explanation will help.

Here's a screenshot of what I'm trying to do. The section "Report Header" would be a table of contents that lists customers by service tier, like so. Clicking that customer name would take you to the appropriate page in the report for the customer.

Sorry for heavy handed censoring - the relevant point is that one is a customer report, the other is the TOC that would take you to it.

Do it much as you would any text box or combo box.
    Docmd.OpenReport "ReportName",,,"Customer_ID =" & customer_ID

You may have to play with it a little.

Will only work in Report view.
