Deduct sell products from receiving list

Please see attached file, I am trying to create a query that shows the rest of products in the store, I have so far 3 tables, Order Details, Products, Receiving Products.

Would you please help me?

I am confused with your set up. How can you have OrderDetails and no Order? Do you have Customers or Clients?
I recommend you start with a model of the business you are trying to support.

I apologize for that, please see attached complete database but still working on it, the big problem I have is to deduct the sales from the store in order to get the on hand stats.

It is basically a database from Access 97 2000 and I am trying to make a bit of changes to meet my requirements.
