Help with drop down list

I have created a form based on a table, I created a drop down box which I specified items myself. I want to know how I can go back and add additional items to the list so they appear in the list and post to the table. Hope I am explaining this so someone can understand.

You have to set the "Limit to List" property to Yes, then add code to ask if the new value should be added to the list.
there are lots of examples/code if you search - I googled "limit to list access".

Access 2010 handles this a little differently than pre 2007 Access.
