Question Splitting a Database related questions

Two related questions. I am trying to make a form where multiple users can be entering in data simultaneously. I was thinking i'd split the database. However, I only want the Forms to be accessed by the users. They have no need to have access to any queries, reports etc.. They will only be entering in data, nothing else. In addition, I can't seem to find an option to prevent them from viewing previous data that has been entered in to the table, and modifying it. All I need them to be able to do is enter in new data. They really have no reason to modify data already entered. At most, I would be fine w/ them being able to modify data they have put in the same day, but nothing previous. Are there options for this? I can't seem to find them.
    Summary
    1. Is it possible to set up a FE where the users can only access the forms?
    2. Is it possible to disable the feature that allows them to view data in the table?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

On the Data tab of the property sheet for the form is a DataEntry property. When set to YES, the form will *only* display new records. Once the record is saved, it can not be viewed again.

    Thanks!

I knew there was a simple setting somewhere, just for some reason could not find it. It's a bit different from Open Office Base(which I'm more used to). Thanks for the elp!
