Scroll bars do not show in dialog form

I've got a 'main'-form with a button on it that opens another form in a dialog box. The scroll bars are enabled and when I open the form manually through the navigation panel on the left side, the scroll bars show. But if I open the form via the button, the scroll bars don't show and I cannot get to see the bottom of the form.
Does anybody know how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

Using 2007, I cannot reproduce your problem. If the Form displays as desired when opened independently, why not open it with the Mode parameter set to acWindowNormal, rather than acDialog? Why, specifically, do you need it opened in Dialog Mode?
