.MDE opens as grey box..

I have a front end file that gets copied on everyones machines. This one user is having a problem today, when she opens it.. it just opens to a grey window in access... seems like the file never loaded. The menu is still at the top, so I know the form onload code did not run. I deleted that file and downloaded her a new copy... same issue. I tested the file on my machine and it works fine.. Any ideas?



Once her work slows down I will have her reboot, but I want to know if anyone has had similar exp?

Hold down the shift key when opening.

This will bypass any code you have that operates before the form opens.

This won't solve your problem but it should help you to find the cause.

Grey box is difficult to understand. Is it like the Pic you are showing. If not what is the pic for.
