Query a specific time frame over the course of a week.

I have written a query to search for work activity over the course of a given week. I would like to run the query for shift supervisors, to be given at weekly meetings. I would like to provide them with just their shifts information. I have no clue how to write this. I am not a database pro, but I am a quick learner and feel I can do this. I am sure it all about writing the parameter but could not find the help I needed on the net. Within my tables the date and time are in seperate fields. the date format is yyyymmdd. time is simply a 24hr clock no colon (ex:2120 for 9:20om).

Without seeing your fields, it is difficult to give you a specific response, but I urge you to consider the between function in your criteria. Look at this site for an understanding.

    Alan:

Thanks I dont why I did't think of that. I already had the between function being used for my date range. I simply made one for the hour range. Some things are almost too easy.

    Thank you
