I am busy trying to create a database program using Access 2010 to assist my branch with the following;
- Process new products received (Purchase)
- Capture and process deliveries & returns of products to & from various sites.
- Print reports based on the following below;
- Deliveries & Returns to and from various sites/customers reflecting total QTY per product delivered/returned. (Site Balance Report)
- Individual products and their whereabouts.
- Product list (per catagory) reflecting qty received, issued and on hand.
I have tried using a form with a subform for the capturing purposes, but am not sure how to do the reporting and or queries nor am I fully able to understand how to marry all the information together to achive the end result.
Taking into account I am a novice using Access and this Forum for that matter and am most definately up for a challange.
If anyone can assist me with this project I would greatly appreciate it.
