Question Cannot see gridlines in table Access 2010

As the title states, suddenly none of my db tables have gridlines. I went into options>datasheet and gridlines are set to be on, so i unchecked them, closed out, and opened and rechecked them again but nothing will change this. all of my db's seem to be affected.

Any help on this issue would be appreciated. Googling around just yields how to set them on and off but that doesn't work

    THANKS!

Was the database originally created using 2007 and now you are amending it in 2010?

Have you tried a compact and repair? Although you mentioned it was all of your dbs.

Have you tried a repair on Access (or Office)?
