Printing a receipt automatically

Hi,



I am preparing a Database for a school. the students pay the tution fee on monthly basis. on receiving the fee, the school has to issue the receipt. The receipt should be obtained sequentially incorporating the receipt no. on it.

Please help as i am new to VBA procedures and functions

Must use code in some event to cause an action, like a 'Print Receipt' button click.

Why don't you just use an autonumber field to produce a receipt number?
