sending specific details to pdf and email

First database, very new to this. I've figured out the macro to print a form into a PDF and attach it straight to email. What I can't figure out is how to get the extra info that I need on that PDF.

I have a WorkOrderF form that has customer, location, dates, products, etc... The products and their quantities are in a subform. When I email this work order to the customer, I need it to show the products and quantities that are in the subform too. On top of that, I need to pull all the legal information that goes with these products and have that in the PDF too. This legal info is in the ProductT table.

Do I create some kind of report? Is there a long list of macros to get this to happen? I have no idea where to go from here.

    Thanks!

You are right need to create a report and use it to output to PDF. Report can have subreport if that need is called for in your design.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
