How to auto fill value from another table???Please help!

Dear all,

How to auto fill value from table3 to table1 and 2 ? for exmple, ShareID and Contract#, move from table3 to table1 and 2.

Table1
ShareID
ShareName
Table2
ShareID
Contract#
Table3
Date	2/2/2013
Contract#	123
ShareID	AAPL
ShareName	Apple
Cost
Quantity

Don't think need ShareID in table3. Table2 and Table3 appear to be related by the Contract#.

BTW, advise not to use spaces or special characters/punctuation (underscore is exception) in names. Better would be ContractNum or Contract_Num.
