help needed with printing individual forms

I have a problem when printing my form. i have a table wich looks like this:

and i also got a form for this table wich looks like this:


now i would like to be able to print individual forms with the values of client 1 or client 2 and so on. buth when i have 2 clients (client1 , client2) in my table the form makes a second one about client 2 just beneath the form of client1. This is realy anoying i want to print the form for client1 buth it also prints the one from client 2 and client 3 if there is one in my table. how can i fix this please

EDIT: made a mistake... i meant report not form.

So i have a report(very similar to the form picture above) and when i want to print the report it prints x number of reports, x being the number of clients filled in. I want to be able to choose wich report for wich client i print. how do i do this?
