Question Printing Access 2010 report pages in color on Lexmark Pro175 printer

This is Access 2010, using Windows 7. Report is ready to print. Design View and Print Preview show selected color for labels on page. In Printing Preferences, Color and Black is selected for Ink in Use. Color output is set to color. Color mode is set to color. The correct printer - Lexmark Pro175 printer - is designated. However the page prints with no color in the labels. Varying the choices under Printing Preferences makes no difference; the page still prints without color in the labels. Any suggestions?
    Thanks, Nick

Check the quality settings on the printer. I had an issue a while back with a logo not appearing on printed Reports and it turned out that, because I had selected "Draft" printing quality on the printer, it wasn't printing. When I changed the setting back to it's default, everything printed out fine.
