Post connect several tables and search in their data with define a query

    hi
i have several tables in my project.
i want connect tables to each other and search in their data by defining a query .
but i don't want match any data with each other . only search in data and find a record that i want it .
for example in my office i have 5 documents that each of them is defined as a table , and then register all of my letters in the tables .
now i want search a letter in the tables . how can i do that ?

Don't understand data structure. What do you mean by '5 documents that each of them is defined as a table'? Provide more info about data. If you want to attach db, follow instructions at bottom of my post.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
